Refund Policy

1. Overview

BringSkills provides digital products (Skills) that cannot be "returned" once purchased. We offer a trial mechanism for eligible Skills so users can evaluate before purchasing. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Eligible for Refund

Refunds will be granted in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges or payment errors - If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase or experienced a payment processing error.
  • Skill removed from platform (unused) - If a Skill you purchased is removed from the platform and you have never used it.
  • Critical technical issues - If a Skill has severe bugs that make it completely unusable, and the issue is confirmed by our technical team.
  • False advertising - If the Skill's actual functionality significantly differs from its description (subject to review).

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Skill has been used - If you have execution records for the Skill.
  • Change of mind - Simply not liking or no longer needing the Skill.
  • Time limit exceeded - Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • User error - Issues caused by incorrect usage or user-side technical problems.
  • Trial was available - If the Skill offered a free trial that you could have used before purchasing.

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through your Dashboard or contact support.
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  5. If denied, you will receive an explanation and may appeal the decision once.

6. Creator Responsibility

In cases of false advertising or misleading descriptions, the refund amount will be deducted from the creator's earnings. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
